When you aren’t using a Technical Machine (TM) or Technical Record (TR) to teach your Pokémon new moves in Pokémon Sword and Pokémon Shield, you can turn to the Move Tutors that are located across the Galar region.
These special Move Tutors are worth a visit, presenting the chance for specific Pokémon to learn battle-combo moves that they would otherwise be unable to obtain in Pokémon Sword and Pokémon Shield.

Location: Circhester, on the west side of the Hero’s Bath
Move: Draco Meteor

Location: Wyndon, near the court in the park
Move: Frenzy Plant
Pokémon That Can Learn The Move: Rillaboom

Location: Motostoke, near the canals after becoming Champion

In Pokémon Sword and Pokémon Shield, you will choose between three starter Pokémon – Grookey, Scorbunny, and Sobble – before having the chance to explore the Galar region – with its idyllic countryside, contemporary cities, thick forests, and craggy, snow-covered mountains. Challenging the Gyms in the region, you will once again look to become Champion.
