Pokémon Sun And Moon Download Size Revealed

Those interested in buying Pokémon Sun and Pokémon Moon on the Nintendo eShop will need to clear plenty of space on their SD card.

The official Japanese website for the Nintendo 3DS exclusives has listed that each game will require an estimated 26,215 blocks (3.2GB). The Pokémon Company even goes as far as to warn that those with a 4GB SD card may not have enough space for both the Special Demo Version and the game, recommending that they consider upgrading to a higher storage capacity.

In comparison, Pokémon X and Pokémon Y required 13,788 blocks while Pokémon Omega Ruby and Pokémon Alpha Sapphire each need 14,484 blocks.

Pokémon Sun and Pokémon Moon will release exclusively for Nintendo 3DS in North America, Australia and New Zealand on November 18th, and in Europe on November 23rd.
