Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Gates to Infinity multiplayer and DLC detailed

Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Gates to Infinity will be supported by downloadable content from launch, Nintendo of America have announced.

Available to purchase on a regular basis through the Nintendo eShop, each piece of downloadable content will include new Mystery Dungeons, items and Pokémon to interact with.

From launch, the Poké Forest Mystery Dungeon will be free to download until April 30th, providing a further incentive to purchase at launch. Three additional downloadable Mystery Dungeons will also be available too, with more arriving throughout April.

Nintendo also confirmed further details regarding Companion Mode, which allows four players to join each other in local multiplayer. Players work together to explore Mystery Dungeons, gathering experience and items that carry across to the single-player Hero Mode.

Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Gates to Infinity will release across North America on March 24th.
