The Pokémon Company International has released a software update for Pokémon Legends Z-A and Pokémon Legends Z-A Nintendo Switch 2 Edition, which now sees the game on version 1.0.1.
This has been pushed live to add the data required to play the latest pocket monster adventure’s online features.
Set in Lumiose City, where an urban redevelopment plan is underway to shape the city into a place where humans and Pokémon can co-exist, in Pokémon Legends Z-A you will have the chance to befriend either Chikorita, Tepig or Totodile, who will become your first partner Pokémon.
Pokémon Legends Z-A will be released at retail and digitally on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2 worldwide on 16 October 2025.
