Nintendo of Europe have announced that Pokémon Conquest will launch on July 27th.
For those that haven’t heard news of the Nintendo DS release before, it is a departure from the usual core Pokémon experience.
Developed by Tecmo Koei, players will explore the world of Ransei, inspired by the Japanese feudal era,as they take on the role of a young Warlord who shares a unique bond with Pokémon. You must recruit Warriors allies to strengthen your growing kingdom, as well as nearly 200 Pokémon taken from across previous entries in the series.
Turn-based skirmishes see players in combat across battlefields, where they must choose the correct Pokémon type to inflict increased damage on their opponents.
Pokémon Conquest will release across Europe on July 27th, and is currently available in North America.
