Game Freak director Junichi Masuda appeared on Japanese television programme Pokémon Smash on Sunday to announce Pokémon Black Version 2 and Pokémon White Version 2, confirmed to release for Nintendo DS in Japan in June.
Yet today brings confirmation from Nintendo that both games will launch across North America and Europe during Autumn this year.
Details regarding improvements and additions are currently unannounced, although legendary Pokémon Kyurem will be seen in two new forms – Black Kyurem and White Kyurem. An official Japanese website for the games has also been launched.
