Poké Ride Introduced In Pokémon Sun And Moon

Pokémon Trainers can call on their pocket monsters to help them traverse the Alola Region, with Pokémon Sun and Pokémon Moon to introduce the Poké Ride feature.

This is drawn from the culture in the Alola region, where certain Pokémon will help people get to places that they wouldn’t normally be able to reach by using human strength alone.

While Trainers are used to putting HM moves to use such as Fly and Surf, these Pokémon don’t join your team but can be called on at any time to receive their help. This practice is typical of the way of life in Alola, where humans and Pokémon are so closely bound together.

Pokémon Sun and Pokémon Moon will release exclusively for Nintendo 3DS in North America, Australia and New Zealand on November 18th, and in Europe on November 23rd.
