Point-And-Click Adventure Guard Duty Out On Nintendo Switch This Week

Ratalaika Games and Sick Chicken Studios have announced that Guard Duty will release on Nintendo Switch this week.

This has been described as a “love letter” to classic comedic point-and-click adventure games from the 1990s.

You play as Tondbert, a loyal guard to the castle of Wrinklewood, and Agent Starborn, a hero from the future.

The King summons Tondbert after his ineptitude leads to an evil force kidnapping the princess. And then, a thousand years later, humanity finds itself on the brink of extinction and Agent Starborn is its only hope.

These two separate events affect each other, but, as always, you will need to play the game to find out why.

Guard Duty will release on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch worldwide on 24th April 2020.
