Nintendo has revealed that Picross e8 will release on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo 3DS this week.
The eighth game in the long-running Picross e series on the ageing handheld, players will once again be posed with picture crossword puzzles where numbers will lend you hints to uncover the hidden images.
Developer Jupiter promises that it has all the functions that were introduced over the seven previous titles, and that it continues to be simple and easy to grasp.
It’s worth pointing out that to those that were perhaps hoping for a picture crossword puzzler on Nintendo Switch, that is already available in Picross S that, somewhat uniquely, lets two players solve a puzzle at the same time when sharing one Joy-Con each.
Picross e8 will release on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo 3DS on December 21st.
