Flyhigh Works and Skipmore have released a new trailer for Picontier, which is in development for Nintendo Switch.

This “slow-paced life-sim RPG” is the next project from the developer behind Kamiko and Fairune Collection.

It sees players “enjoy the slow living on the island,” freely letting them farm, craft, mine and fish, or, if they want to set out on an adventure, to head into dungeons to fend off monsters. Much of the game’s charm comes with the strange beings on the island that you can communicate with.

Picontier will release on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch worldwide.
