It has been over a year since Photos with Mario saw release across North America, the free application allowing users to take augmented reality snaps with their favourite Mushroom Kingdom characters.
But, for some reason it never made it to Europe. Until now, that is. Nintendo of Europe has announced that special Nintendo eShop cards have become available across the region, sharing an extensive list of participating retailers in the United Kingdom.
Buying a Nintendo eShop card in the Photos with Mario series will not only provide you with credit to spend on the digital store, but will provide a code to download the application. More importantly, It will also come with a special character AR Card to be used with the application – which will let you pose with the character in your surrounding environment, and apply fun effects to your snaps!
