Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney – Spirit of Justice sold 196,831 copies in its first week on sale, to see it secure the top spot in Media Create’s software sales chart.
It was the strongest performing new release, vastly outpacing Project Cars: Perfect Edition, Mirror’s Edge Catalyst, and Grand Ages Medieval, as well as from its nearest competition in Dragon Quest Heroes II: The Twin Kings and the Prophecy’s End.
The Nintendo 3DS family of systems sold 25,457 units, with the New 3DS LL alone pushing past PlayStation 4. While Wii U shifted 3,901 units, which can seemingly be attributed to Splatoon and Super Mario Maker.
