The Pan European Game Information (PEGI) has issued a rating for Mortal Kombat Kollection Online on Nintendo Switch.

“Mortal Kombat Kollection Online is the original Mortal Kombat trilogy that MK fans always wanted,” the rating reads.

“Upgraded art, gameplay, and online features provide an incredible experience that revive the ‘klassics’…”

Mortal Kombat Kollection Online was previously in development as a compilation of the original three Mortal Kombat games, that, reworked for high-definition consoles, would also have introduced online multiplayer.

The project had started at Other Ocean Interactive and, after it was cancelled, was passed to Blind Squirrel Games where it was eventually cancelled for a second time.
