Mindscape and Secret Item Games have announced that their 3D platformer Paperman: Adventure Delivered will release on Nintendo Switch.
You will have the chance to explore a colourful world as you recover lost mail and set out to defeat a greedy dragon. There are four mail carriers with unique abilities that you can swap between: Paperman can throw letters and teleport short distances; Express is the fastest and is best to handle urgent deliveries; Scrolly glides through the air and can reach high platforms; and Carl is the strongest of the bunch and can deliver even the heaviest parcels with great care.
The publisher has outlined the game’s key features, which include:
- Inspired by the classic 3D platform, collectathon games.
- Up to 4 players local co-op in split-screen (Nintendo Switch: 2 players).
- Play with 4 playable charming characters, each with their own skillset: Paperman, Express, Scrolly and Carl.
- Swap characters at a moment’s notice at the mailbox.
- Fly, jump, run, teleport and push your way through the colourful worlds.
- Explore 3 open worlds with ancient temples, scorching hot deserts and mountain peaks.
- Activate hidden platforms, turn on wind tubes and solve challenging puzzles.
- Find hundreds of collectible items and find all golden letters.
Paperman: Adventure Delivered will release at retail and digitally on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch worldwide in September 2023.
