Fast Travel Games and MoonHood have confirmed a release date for their hauntingly dark, handcrafted adventure The Midnight Walk on Nintendo Switch 2.
The award-winning game takes you on a journey “through a conflicting world of wonder and horror, sculpted entirely in clay.”
Painstakingly animated in stop-motion, you will accompany the lost lantern creature, Potboy, as you look to outsmart the fire-quenching monsters keen to devour its flame, as you experience five tales of fire and darkness that star a cast of peculiar characters.
The publisher has outlined the game’s key features, which include:
- An Unforgettable Narrative Adventure: As The Burnt One, join Potboy and journey along The Midnight Walk, meeting an eclectic cast of friends and monsters on the way.
- A Handcrafted World Built In Clay: Everything you see, from landscapes to enemies, was handcrafted and then scanned into the game for a truly artistic experience.

The Midnight Walk will be released digitally on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch 2 worldwide on 26 March 2026.
