After selling one million copies worldwide, Bandai Namco has announced plans to release One Piece Unlimited World Red – Deluxe Edition on Nintendo Switch.

Players can explore the Grand Blue like never before, introducing several new features from a technical and content side in comparison to the original release.

That will see the game’s performance run at Full HD and 60 fps on Nintendo Switch, with a two-player co-op option added across all modes and all previously released downloadable content included on the Game Card.

Unlimited World Red will let players rediscover the Luffy and his pirate crew’s original adventure in which they befriend a cheerful but mysterious racoon called Pato, who possesses a shadowy power to create anything that is drawn onto a leaf.

In looking to help their friend, Pato leads them to the Forgotten Island where the crew get kidnapped by The Red Count and Luffy must not only fight to recover his crew from the enemy’s grasp but to find out what the wicked pirate’s evil plans are.

One Piece Unlimited World Red – Deluxe Edition will release both physically and digitally on Nintendo Switch in September.
