Bandai Namco has announced plans to release One Piece: Unlimited World Red Deluxe Edition on Nintendo Switch, revealed in the pages of this week’s Shōnen Jump magazine.

This will be an enhanced version of One Piece Unlimited World Red, that saw release on Wii U back in 2013. The main addition will be two-player offline co-op, and We can hope that it will include all the downloadable content that was previously made available.

We enjoyed our time with One Piece Unlimited World Red on Wii U, concluding in our review: “The One Piece faithful will have already been clamouring for their copy, but even for those with less familiarity with Oda’s world will find plenty to enjoy within Unlimited World Red.”

One Piece: Unlimited World Red Deluxe Edition will release on Nintendo Switch in Japan on August 24th.
