Ōkamiden demo set to be available from February 22nd

Capcom Europe have today announced that they are set to release a demo for the highly anticipated Ōkamiden through the Nintendo Channel later this month.

To be available from February 22nd, the demo will offer a small snippet of what the publisher describes as being an “epic, action packed adventure,” in which players will be able to learn a variety of basic celestial brush techniques that they’ll utilise to defeat an array of demons.

Within their latest newsletter, Capcom Europe write:

“We are pleased to confirm that there will be a demo for Ōkamiden available on the Nintendo Channel from the 22nd February. In the demo, you will be able to join the child god-turned-wolf-pup Chibiterasu and Kuni, one of several partners Chibiterasu will team up with in Ōkamiden, as you work together to bring colour back to the darkened world. you’ll learn some of the basics of the game as you use the celestial brush techniques to defeat demons in this small taste of the epic, action packed adventure.”

Ōkamiden is due to release exclusively for the Nintendo DS family of systems across North America on March 15th, and Europe on March 18th.
