Yesterday saw Nintendo hold the first of their GDC Europe developer sessions, during which they discussed the benefits of using their Nintendo Web Framework for HTML and Java Script software.
Whilst early details in March were encouraging enough, Nintendo of Europe’s Martin Buchholz shared that the development tool has since been updated to support eCommerce implementation. This means that developers can monetise their releases beyond the initial purchase, through the introduction of downloadable content expansions down the line.
