Nintendo UK has recently played home to an internal reshuffle, amid a raft of promotions and new appointments.

Richard Stickler joins as e-commerce channel sales manager for Amazon, The Hut and ShopTo, having joined following previous experience with Gem and THQ.

Meanwhile, the sales and marketing team has seen adjustments, with Jose Martinez being promoted to head of digital, reporting to marketing PR director Shelly Pearce. He’ll still continue to manage community and social media manager Jonathan Town, as well as junior digital content manager Ashley Day.

Elsewhere, Louise Powell has seen a promotion to senior trade marketing manager, with Lauren Simmonds joining as trade marketing executive in September.

Lastly Jon Stanton and Ian McMillan will report to sales director Andy Yates, now specialist channel sales manager and category manager respectively.

Nintendo UK’s general manager Simon Kemp commented on the changes: “2013 is an exciting year for Nintendo, and we are delighted to not only be welcoming new team members to the UK office but to have the opportunity to recognise the hard work and dedication of our existing team.”
