We’re now just a fortnight away from E3 2014, and so will shortly discover what surprises Nintendo have in store for us.
That said, a trademark registered by the company in both North America and Japan may have already indicated news of one such game that’s in development. That comes in the form of “Code Name: S.T.E.A.M. – Strike Team Eliminating the Alien Menace,” which is already one of the lengthiest game titles we’ve seen in recent years.
As to precisely what this refers to is unclear, even if the title at least suggests some context, and immediately drew my memory back to the cancelled Project H.A.M.M.E.R. that had been in the works for Wii. Hopefully we’ll find out soon enough.
