Nintendo to hold online-only Nintendo 3DS Press Conference this Friday

Nintendo of Japan have today announced that they are to hold a “Nintendo 3DS New Information Internet Presentation” this Friday 21st October.

This is to be a pre-recorded presentation hosted by Nintendo CEO Satoru Iwata, and will cover details that the company didn’t have time to announce during their September conference ahead of Tokyo Game Show ’11.

It’s due to be held at 20:00 in Japan, and will be broadcast on Ustream and Nico Nico Video. You can visit Nintendo’s page for the event for links to these on Friday.

If you’re wondering what to expect from the presentation, Nintendo have mentioned that they will reveal information regarding the Nintendo 3DS’ system update due in November, as well as Mario Kart 7’s Wi-Fi Connection support.
