Nintendo has released a new Nintendo Switch system update worldwide, with the portable home console’s current firmware version now 12.0.2.
With the patch notes once again simply indicating that “general system stability improvements” have been made to improve your experience with the portable home console, it has fallen to data miners to search for any hidden changes.
One such data miner is OatmealDome, who has noted that the system update has made changes to the console’s core system components, bluetooth driver and application manager. However, whether this is Nintendo continuing to fine-tune the system or making preparations for more significant changes is unclear.
