Nintendo has announced that more than 150.86 million Nintendo Switch consoles have now been sold worldwide.
In the nine months to 31 December 2024, 9.54 million consoles were sold. This represented a 30.6 percent decline year-on-year, although Nintendo indicated that The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom and Super Mario Bros. Wonder had helped to drive its hardware sales the prior year.
Nintendo has now sold nearly 1.36 billion Nintendo Switch games, although 123.98 million copies were sold in the nine months representing a 24.4 percent decrease year-on-year.

Ultimate has sold 35.88 million copies, The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild has sold 32.62 million, Super Mario Odyssey has sold 29.04 million, while Pokémon Sword and Pokémon Shield have sold 26.60 million copies.
Meanwhile, Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet have sold 26.38 million, The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom has sold 21.55 million, Super Mario Party has sold 21.10 million, and New Super Mario Bros. U Deluxe has sold 18.06 million copies.
