Nintendo has announced that more than 143.42 million Nintendo Switch consoles have now been sold worldwide.
In the three months to 30 June 2024, 2.1 million consoles were sold, representing a 46.3 percent decline in sales year-on-year. Those sales break down as 0.64 million Nintendo Switch, 2.83 million Nintendo Switch – OLED Model and 0.43 million Nintendo Switch Lite consoles.
Nintendo has now sold more than 1,266.46 million Nintendo Switch games, and, if you want to know which are continuing to prove to be most popular, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe has sold 62.90 million, Animal Crossing: New Horizons has sold 45.85 million, Super Smash Bros. Ultimate has sold 34.66 million copies, The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild has sold 32.05 million, Super Mario Odyssey has sold 28.21 million, while Pokémon Sword and Pokémon Shield have sold 26.35 million copies.
Meanwhile, Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet have sold 25.29 million, Super Mario Party has sold 20.84 million, The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom has sold 20.80 million and New Super Mario Bros. U Deluxe has sold 17.61 million copies.
