Nintendo has released the Nook Inc. Silk Rug for Animal Crossing: New Horizons as exclusive content to those subscribed to the Nintendo Switch Online membership service.
Those that are subscribed to the membership service can unlock this downloadable content for free on the Nintendo eShop.
You will then need to use the Nook Stop multimedia terminal in Resident Services, redeeming 600 Nook Miles to order the Nook Inc. Silk Rug for delivery in the mail the next day.
“Once a player on an island has downloaded this reward, the other players on the island can trade for the Nook Inc. silk rug item at the Nook Stop in Resident Services (provided they have enough Nook Miles,” Nintendo explains.
“You need to have progressed far enough through the game in order to use miles at the Nook Stop.
“Even if other players on the island do not have Nintendo Switch Online memberships, they can still trade for the item. If other players cannot trade, please get the player with the reward to start the game and try again.”
Animal Crossing: New Horizons is now available exclusively for Nintendo Switch worldwide.
