Nintendo Switch Has Sold 68.30 Million Units Worldwide

Nintendo has announced that more than 68.30 million Nintendo Switch consoles have been sold worldwide.

In the last three months – covering the start of July up until 30th September 2020 – 6.86 million Nintendo Switch consoles have been sold, with software sales in the same time period shifting 49.82 million copies.

The company added that this “breaks down to sales of 3.05 million units of Nintendo Switch and 2.62 million units of Nintendo Switch Lite.”

Nintendo has now sold more than 456.49 million Nintendo Switch games, and, if you want to know which are proving to be most popular, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe has sold 28.99 million, Animal Crossing: New Horizons has sold 26.04 million, Super Smash Bros. Ultimate has sold 22.10 million copies,  The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild has sold 19.74 million, Pokémon Sword and Pokémon Shield have sold 19.02 million, while Super Mario Odyssey has sold 18.99 million copies.

Meanwhile, Pokémon Let’s Go, Pikachu! and Pokémon Let’s Go, Eevee! have sold 12.49 million, Super Mario Party has sold 12.10 million, Splatoon 2 has sold 11.27 million, and New Super Mario Bros. U Deluxe has sold 8.32 million copies.
