Nintendo Switch Has Sold 52.48 Million Units Worldwide

Nintendo has announced that more than 52.48 million Nintendo Switch consoles have been sold worldwide.

In the last three months – covering the start of October up until 31st December 2019 – 10.81 million Nintendo Switch consoles have been sold, with software sales in the same time period shifting 64.64 million copies.

The company has now sold more than 310.65 million Nintendo Switch games, and, if you want to know which are proving to be most popular, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe has sold 22.96 million, Super Smash Bros. Ultimate has sold 17.68 million copies, Super Mario Odyssey has sold 16.59 million copies, The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild has sold 16.34 million, while Pokémon Sword and Pokémon Shield have sold 16.06 million in under two months.

Meanwhile, Pokémon Let’s Go, Pikachu! and Pokémon Let’s Go, Eevee! have sold 11.76 million, Splatoon 2 has sold 9.81 million, Super Mario Party has sold 9.12 million, New Super Mario Bros. U Deluxe has sold 5.85 million, and Luigi’s Mansion 3 has sold 5.37 million copies.
