French developer AnyArts Productions has revealed Seasons of Heaven, a new adventure game that will release exclusively on Nintendo Switch.
The Unreal Engine 4-powered game is based on a French novel with the same name, and revolves around a small group of people who find that they have survived the greatest purge that the world has ever seen. As they fend for their own survival, they learn that humans had died as a result of their own careless actions.
The Nintendo Switch exclusive will trace the journey of Yann, a young boy with Asperger’s syndrome, and his French bulldog companion Ani, who he can communicate with through telepathy.
Gameblog.fr shares that players will alternate between the two characters, and that they will be continually chased by a “polymorphic monster” similar to that seen in the opening scenes in Studio Ghibli’s Princess Monoke.
Seasons of Heaven will release exclusively on Nintendo Switch.
