After stating that they would start leaking everything that will appear in tomorrow’s Nintendo Direct, Nintendo has silenced Twitter user Sabi with a cease and desist letter.

This means that they can no longer “post any private trade secrets” related to the company and comes after they somehow managed to correctly leak games from the Xbox and Bethesda Softworks conferences – as well as games that will apparently appear in the upcoming Ubisoft and Square Enix presentations.

“I have been given a cease and desist from a lawyer representing Nintendo. They have my full name and everything,” Sabi explained.

“This means I’m not allowed to post any private trade secrets from Nintendo Co. Ltd. This does not mean I cannot post things from other companies, but not Nintendo.”

The E3 2019 Nintendo Direct presentation will broadcast at 9am PT (5pm BST/6pm CEST) on Tuesday 11th June, “focuses entirely on software,” and will cover Nintendo Switch games that are “scheduled to launch in 2019.”

After the presentation, the daily Nintendo Treehouse: Live streams will start. As before, this will feature live gameplay and in-depth analysis of games that will be shown at E3 2019.

E3 2019 will take place at the Los Angeles Convention Center between Tuesday 11th – Thursday 13th June 2019.
