Concern continues to surround the Joy-Con controllers for Nintendo Switch, with consumers continuing to report encountering a “Joy-Con drift” issue.

When playing on the portable home console, this relates to an issue where, put simply, movement is registered on the Left Stick without the user’s input – ultimately interfering with gameplay.

It’s started to become so widespread that the situation has resulted in Nintendo of America facing a class-action lawsuit, but, in acknowledging the reports, the company has simply chosen to point consumers in the direction of their support services.

“At Nintendo, we take great pride in creating quality products and we are continuously making improvements to them,” Nintendo spokesperson wrote in response to The Verge.

“We are aware of recent reports that some Joy-Con controllers are not responding correctly. We want our consumers to have fun with Nintendo Switch, and if anything falls short of this goal we always encourage them to visit http://support.nintendo.com so we can help.”
