With Nintendo’s current Pokémon Global Link set to be taken offline in January 2014, the company has provided a tease as to the replacement that will coincide with the Pokémon X and Y’s launch.
Information visible within the screenshot sees weekly events such as a competition to receive a Master Ball or a Pikachu that knows a rare move, alongside Rating Battle rankings, Online Competitions and in-game photos that players have shared. Separate colour skins also appear to be available dependant on which version of the game you pick up too.
Pokémon X and Y will launch exclusively for Nintendo 3DS worldwide on October 12th.
