Nintendo PAX West 2018 Lineup Includes Super Smash Bros. Ultimate And Pokémon: Let’s Go!

Nintendo of America has announced the their playable Nintendo Switch game lineup for PAX West 2018 in Seattle this weekend, with Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, Super Mario Party and Pokémon: Let’s Go, Pikachu! and Pokémon: Let’s Go, Eevee! as the star attractions.

Their booth will have a giant mural that takes inspiration from Super Smash Bros. Ultimate and the Nindies Arcade, where attendees can play upcoming indie games coming to the portable home console.

On Friday 31st August, 30 attendees will be selected on a first-come, first-served basis to meet Nintendo Minute’s Kit and Krysta and play Super Mario Party, appearing in an upcoming episode that will be posted on YouTube.

Whereas across the weekend, attendees can participate in a Trainer Battle scavenger hunt all around PAX West and nearby Seattle areas. Nintendo of America will tweet clues and photos to where two Nintendo street team members dressed as Pokémon Trainers will be. Once located, fans can battle them to receive a special item by answering a trivia question.

  • Travis Strikes Again: No More Heroes

PAX West 2018 takes place at the Washington State Convention Center and runs from Friday 31st August – Monday 3rd September.
