Nintendo Network To Be Taken Offline For Maintenance Next Week

Maintenance is a near weekly occurrence for the Nintendo Network, with Nintendo taking the chance to tinker with their network services and have a spring clean to improve connectivity.

Next week will be no different, with the company confirming that online play and rankings across Wii U and Nintendo 3DS will become unavailable in a maintenance window that is expected last for an whopping 10 hours.

That will take place on Tuesday 12th January 2016 between 1 – 11am GMT (2am – 12pm CET), meaning that it’s unlikely many of those across Europe will be trying to connect to service. It will have more impact on those across the pond, but at least we’ve been warned in advance.
