Nintendo of Europe have provided subtitled highlights from today’s Japanese Nintendo Direct.
Within, Nintendo CEO Satoru Iwata provides detailed information regarding user accounts on the Wii U, and the necessity for creating a Nintendo Network ID when using the console’s online services such as Miiverse, Nintendo eShop or Wii U Chat.
To register a Nintendo Network ID, users will need to provide a password, date of birth, gender, area of residence and an email address.
Anything purchased through the Nintendo eShop will be tied to your ID, but may be used by other users on the same console.
