Nintendo of Europe has announced what they have planned for gamescom 2018 this month, which will be the first time that the public will have the chance to roll dice blocks in Super Mario Party.

Those that visit Nintendo’s booth, which will be in Hall 9, can play five of the new minigames in the Nintendo Switch exclusive for the first time.

There are seven more Nintendo Switch games that will be playable at the booth, which are Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, FIFA 19, Dark Souls Remastered, Travis Strikes Again: No More Heroes, Dragon Ball FighterZ, Starlink: Battle for Atlas and Killer Queen Black.

For those that can’t attend the show in person, Nintendo will record a series of videos at its RedCube studio on the show floor for “already-announced upcoming games” that will be shared on their YouTube channel.

These will include Super Mario Party, Xenoblade Chronicles 2: Torna – The Golden Country, and DAEMON X MACHINA from Marvelous, with the game’s producer Kenichiro Tsukuda to appear.

gamescom will take place from Tuesday 21st – Saturday 25th August in Cologne, Germany.
