Nintendo eShop Releases: 9th May 2019 (North America)

This week’s Nintendo eShop releases for North America are in, delivering new add-on content and games for Nintendo Switch – as well as plenty of discounts across all platforms.

Nintendo Switch Demos

  • Gakuen Club, D3 Publisher – Free
    Gakuen Club is a school life romance game set in a famous private academy. The main cast includes popular voice actors KENN, Kensho Ono, Kohsuke Toriumi, Tsubasa Yonaga, Yuichiro Umehara, and Mark Ishii whose works can be found in many anime shows and games.
  • Monster Puzzle, Forsaken Games – Free
    Far away, lost in another dimension, there‘s a world where human dreams come to life. A land built upon sweet dreams where Trekkie and her friends live, safe from the bitter monsters inhabiting the dark world of nightmares.
  • Out There: Ω The Alliance, Raw Fury – Free (available Sunday 12th May)
    Out There is an award-winning space exploration game where you try to survive alone in a distant and unknown part of the galaxy by upgrading your spaceship and managing your resources. Space is a hostile place; dangerous and mysterious adventures will mark each step of your travel. You will not only meet insidious intelligent species, but also deal with ancient powers linked to your destiny and the fate of mankind itself.

  • Arcade Archives Terra Force, Hamster Corporation – $7.99
    Terra Force is a shoot’em up released by Nichibutsu in 1987. The game was well known for its new tactical features using vertical/horizontal scrolling elements at the time. So eliminate the incoming enemies by using the super destructive hyper missiles.
  • Ascendance, Onevision Games – $5.99
    Ascendance is a calming, relaxing and minimalist first-person 3D platformer. Shape your way with mysterious abilities and rise with the enchanted wind platforms beyond the skies within a world which evolves and transforms around you. A journey which leads through different ages of our world awaits you.
  • Blazing Beaks, QubicGames – $14.99 (available Friday 10th May)
    Blaze your way armed to the beak through hordes of mutants, monsters and other creepy creatures. But beware, collecting too many shiny things can hurt you in this unique rogue-lite game. Use your one-of-a-kind bird skills to whack every nasty thing in your way, so it returns from whence it came.
  • Car Trader, Ultimate Games – $3.99 (available Sunday 12th May)
    In Car Trader, you can participate in car auctions. Buy cars in different states, renew them and sell them while earning a profit. But be sure to watch out for popularity of the type of vehicle during the auction, because you can overpay.
  • Dragon Pinball, EnjoyUp Games – $2.99 (available Friday 10th May)
    Enjoy Dragon Pinball, a perfect reproduction of a real pinball machine, with all the graphic details and sounds. Discover all the secrets, complete all the missions and become number one in the world or the best among your Friends, posting your high score on the online leaderboard.
  • Dragon Snakes, My Next Games – $3.99
    Classic and addictive gameplay reimagined with colorful dragons. Try to beat your high score or play against up to four friends on a single screen. Eat as many butterflies as you can and watch your dragon grow!
  • Evil Defenders, Crazy Panda – $9.99 (available Tuesday 14th May)

  • For The King, Curve Digital – $24.99

  • Frane: Dragons’ Odyssey, KEMCO – $12.99

  • Lost Artifacts: Soulstone, 8Floor Games – $9.99
    After the Soulstone is stolen during an auction in the national museum, Claire and her helpers witnessed the revival of the terracotta army and its Emperor. The Emperor wishes to take over the world by awakening a dragon from the crater of a volcano, but our heroes have other ideas. Go on a journey through a country full of myths in the exciting casual strategy game Lost Artifacts: Soulstone.
