This week’s Nintendo eShop releases for Europe are in, delivering new demos and games for Nintendo Switch as well as plenty of discounts across all platforms.

Nintendo Switch Demos

  • Strawberry Vinegar, Ratalaika Games: Sakuraba Rie, aged nine, is a cynical and grumpy girl who cares little for her fellow classmates, and does not have a single friend. That is, until a self-proclaimed demon from the deepest, darkest pits of Hell suddenly appears in Rie’s kitchen and steals a tray of cookies.
  • Tools Up!, All In! Games: Meet a crew of renovators eager to get their job done. But most accidents happen at home: can you work effectively when there’s spilled paint on the floor and a pool of lava around the apartment? Paint walls, tear off wallpapers and follow the blueprints. Lead a building crew and make sure everyone knows their tasks—or don’t cooperate at all.

Nintendo Switch Games

  • Alluris, 562 Interactive: Prepare to embark on a journey like no other in Alluris. In this choose your own adventure game, play as a reluctant hero or villain to save the world… or just save a colony of bears from some lumberjacks.
  • Anti Hero Bundle, Digerati: Heroes are overrated! This bundle contains the following villainous games: Nefarious, Reverse Crawl and Underhero.
  • BIG-Bobby-Car: The Big Race, Wild River Games: Whiz across a world full of adventures in your BIG-Bobby-Car and become the new champion by winning the annual Big Race.
  • Breakpoint, The Quantum Astrophysicists Guild: In a twist on the twin-stick formula, you have no ranged attack. Instead, slice, crush, and blast your way through the swarm.
  • Car Driving School Simulator, BoomBit Games (available Friday 25th September): Car Driving School Simulator is one of the most realistic car games available! In this feature-packed game you will test your skills driving awesome cars and learn useful traffic rules along the way!
  • CastleStorm II, Zen Studios: CastleStorm II returns to a classic fantasy land of medieval madness, rife with heroic knights, enchanting sorceresses, glorious griffins… and sheep.
  • Cooking Tycoons 2: 3-in-1 Bundle, Baltoro Games (available Friday 25th September): This comprehensive collection includes three great cooking games: Breakfast Bar Tycoon, Sushi Time, Food Truck Tycoon – Asian Cuisine. It also provides expansion packs both for Breakfast Bar Tycoon and Food Truck Tycoon – Asian Cuisine!
  • Embracelet, Machineboy: Embracelet is an adventure game set in Northern Norway – a unique coming-of-age story about love, loss, friendship, family and a magical bracelet with mysterious powers. Explore a Norwegian island and solve puzzles while using the magical bracelet. Make friends and choices that can affect the outcome of the heartwarming story, accompanied by a beautiful orchestral soundtrack.
  • Going Under, Team17: Going Under is a satirical dungeon crawler about exploring the cursed ruins of failed tech startups. As an unpaid intern in the dystopian city of Neo-Cascadia, you’ll wield office junk as weaponry as you make your way through the offbeat procedural dungeons beneath your company campus.
  • Gothic Murder: Adventure That Changes Destiny, Orange: In order to protect someone important to her, a young girl steps forward to solve an elaborate mystery. Can she, a maid in an earl’s household, change the fate of the lord she serves?
  • Great Conqueror: Rome, CIRCLE Entertainment: A strategy experience with incredible detail and depth, you control great Commanders including Caesar, Pompey, Antony, Octavian, and Spartacus. Make major decisions on deployments, city improvements and more to emerge victorious!
  • Indie Darling Bundle Vol. 1, Digerati: Three indie favourites from Digerati! This bundle contains Slain: Back From Hell, Three Fourths Home and Uncanny Valley.
  • Jet Set Knights, Ratalaika Games (available Friday 25th September): The king has gone away for a while, making the kingdom ripe for attack by the forces from the dark underworld. Princess Kitty and her subjects are now in danger! Can you save the day!? Control one of the four brave knights, face hundreds of evil creatures and protect the princess at all costs!
  • Kirby Fighters 2, Nintendo: Kirby joins familiar friends and foes, such as Bandana Waddle Dee, Meta Knight, King Dedede, Gooey and Magolor, to duke it out in a series of blistering battles. Each of the playable copy abilities and characters has their own play style and set of moves, so you’ll want to experiment with them all to discover and master your favorite.   • Lost Ember, Mooneye Studios: Explore the remains of a fallen world from fascinating perspectives! Slip into the role of different animals to uncover the fate of an ancient world.
  • Micro Pico Racers, Forsaken Games: Micro Pico Racers is a fun top-down arcade racing game with a retro-style graphics where you control of little cars racing over exciting tracks. Start your engines and prepare for the craziest and most addictive racing game ever.
  • My Diggy Dog 2, King Bird Games: Diggy Dog 2 is a game about a brave archaeologist dog named Marty, who helps his elderly master find his wife and solve the mysteries of the universe.
  • Orbt XL, Nickervision Studios: Stay in orbit while avoiding obstacles or being sucked into a black hole. Survive as long as you can while dodging and weaving between the various obstacles, the closer you orbit to the centre; the faster you achieve points. The longer you last, the harder it gets.
  • Perky Little Things, Sometimes You: Explore various scenarios and put the hidden objects in the right places for your “naughty” satisfaction. Relax and unwind as you find yourself laughing uncontrollably through different scandalous levels.
  • Rebel Galaxy Outlaw, Double Damage Games: Out of cash, out of luck, out on the fringe. Juno Markev has a killer to tail, a debt to pay, and more trouble headed her way. Rebel Galaxy Outlaw takes place in a greasy, blue-collar world of outlaws, truckers, cops and thieves.

  • Trollhunters: Defenders of Arcadia, Outright Games (available Friday 25th September): Jump into the world of Trollhunters as Jim Lake Jr. to stop Porgon the Trickster Troll and his sneaky plans! Team up with Claire in couch co-op and also get a helping hand from lots more loved characters to face unknown evil forces and help stop the Time-pocalypse!
  • Twin Breaker: A Sacred Symbols Adventure, eastasiasoft: In the early 2300s, Earth is still recovering from a decades-long World War that engulfed most of the planet, except for an isolationist United States that used its power and prestige not to fight, but to reach for the stars. But when NASA’s generation ships disappear in interstellar space, only two pilots are capable of figuring out why.
  • Worm Jazz, Incospicuous: Worm Jazz is a wriggly puzzler with a unique blend of game mechanics inspired by familiar classics. Wiggle your way through intricate, mind-bending mazes filled with mines, wormholes and powerups!
