This week’s Nintendo eShop releases for North America are in, delivering new add-on content, demos and games for Nintendo Switch – as well as plentiful discounts across all platforms.

Nintendo Switch Demos

  • Combat Core, MABManZ – Free

  • Drowning, Sometimes You – Free
    Drowning is a short game about a boy who quickly discovers he has depression in his earlier years of high school. Walk through a variety of beautiful low-poly environments as a story unfolds about how he learns to live with his inner demon.
  • Guns of Mercy – Rangers Edition, Storybird – Free
    Guns of Mercy is a game combining shoot and arcade in retro 16bits spirit. 20XX, the Earth is a vast and hostile wasteland. The surface has been rendered uninhabitable since the great war against the alien invasion. To find peace, humanity has been reduced to living underground, but the enemy is getting there!
  • Shift Happens, Daedalic Entertainment – Free (available Friday 18th January)
    The two jello jelly creatures Bismo and Plom got connected in a tragic yet funny accident and thus can exchange their size and abilities at will. Welcome to the world of Shift Happens – the only game out there which doesn’t take a closer look at the body mass index and where players are actually forced to work together (and occasionally stab each other in the back).
  • Tied Together, Headup Games – Free
    One fine day a bunch of scientists created four tiny monsters. But for what? To test their cooperation skills of course! So they tied them together to a tiny monstrous chain and let them make their way through colourfull, tricky, cooperative experimental set-ups that only scientists can think up.
  • Woodle Tree Adventures, Chubby Pixel – Free (available Tuesday 22nd January)
    Woodle Tree Adventures is an old school platform game with a catchy and unique art style! You will find all the classical elements from the 90’s games and new interesting ideas. Explore a total of 8 worlds and save the lands with the magical water drops you’ll find during your journey, bringing back peace and balance and finally becoming the New Hero!
