Nintendo has acknowledged that users may be experiencing difficulties when currently attempting to buy games on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch.
Since 6.37pm JST (9.37am GMT), users have reported being unable to access the digital store in multiple regions – being met with Error Code 2137-3686 with the accompanying message that “a server communication error has occurred.”
Nintendo has apologized for any inconvenience that the problem may cause and is working to identify the reason behind the issue to correct it.
