Nintendo detail Pokémon Dream Radar and Pokédex 3D Pro

Nintendo have detailed two Nintendo 3DS titles that will compliment the release of Pokémon Black Version 2 and Pokémon White Version 2 later this year.

Pokémon Dream Radar will see players use various features of the Nintendo 3DS, including the camera, motion control and augmented reality technology, to catch hidden Pokémon.

Shooting a Pokémon with the beam will allows players to catch them, which may then be transferred directly into Pokémon Black Version 2 and Pokémon White Version 2.

Meanwhile, the Pokédex 3D Pro is described as being a “fully enhanced and upgraded version” of the original Pokédex 3D application, released free of charge by Nintendo. This new version includes detailed information regarding over 600 Pokémon throughout the series’ history.

The software will include further in-depth sorting, comparison and ranking tools, as well as comprehensive details on what abilities each Pokémon can learn and how it evolves. Each Pokémon will be unlocked from the start, ensuring that this is a resource that fans will surely treasure.
