Nintendo delivering next Wii U system update by October


Alongside their patch notes for system update version 3.1.0 U which was released today, Nintendo have confirmed that their next will release by October.

“A system update providing further additions to system functionality is planned for release between the end of September and beginning of October,” the company confirms.

Previously anticipated to become available during summer, this is the second major system update that Nintendo promised for the console. They delivered the first back in April, significantly improving loading times, whilst updating each individual service with new functionality.
