Nintendo date Pandora’s Tower for Europe

Nintendo have confirmed that they are to release action-RPG Pandora’s Tower across Europe on April 13th.

This Wii exclusive release places you in the role of Aeron, a soldier, who must battle to save his beloved friend Elena from a mysterious curse that is slowly transforming her into a demonic creature.

In order to do so, he must fight his way through the thirteen towers of a nearby fortress, using his sword and the magical Oraclos Chain to defeat the creatures housed within and harvest their meat to feed Elena. She must eat this “master flesh” from the largest monsters from the towers to be cured of the curse.

Meat from smaller monsters will temporarily slow down the transformation, and players will need to judge when best to return to her as if you’re too late Elena may have permanently transformed into a demonic creature.

The game includes multiple endings dependent on player choice, as well as a New Game+ mode, and taking the time to build a bond with Elena may even affect the outcome of the story, and is also set in entirety to some of the most well-known classical music from composers such as Verdi and Tchaikovsky.

Your journey will see you collect many items, some that may be given to Elena as gifts to strengthen your bond or used to aid you in your quest. Mavda, a mysterious travelling merchant, can also upgrade your weapons and create special items from those that you have found.

“Every decision you make will affect your ultimate success. The choice is yours”.
