gamescom 2014 is upon us, the trade fair to shortly take place in Cologne between Saturday 13th – Wednesday 17th August 2014.

In advance of that, Nintendo of Europe have shared the Wii U and 3DS software that will be playable on the showfloor. This largely repeats what the company had on show at E3 2014, with a larger focus on incoming Wii U software than that of their resurgent handheld.

Super Smash Bros. for Wii U and 3DS remain a key heavyweights, and they are joined by the likes of Bayonetta 2, Hyrule Warriors, Sonic Boom: Rise of Lyric, Splatoon and Yoshi’s Woolly World on Wii U. Whereas attendees can see Disney Magical World, Fantasy Life, and Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate among others on 3DS.

Nintendo of Europe’s playable software line-up at gamescom 2014 is as follows:

Wii U
Bayonetta
Bayonetta 2
Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker
Hyrule Warriors
Mario Kart 8
Mario Party 10
Sonic Boom: Rise of Lyric
Splatoon
