Pokémon Shuffle players uncovered a glitch closely after the free-to-play game’s release last week, allowing them to use any Pokémon that they wished in the match-three puzzler.

Nintendo have swiftly moved to address it, writing an apology that was sent through the game’s notifications. They distributed a free Jewel to all players regardless of whether or not they were even aware of the exploit, an in-game currency that allows you to extend your playtime.

“We apologise for any inconvenience that may have been caused by the software glitch that occurred around the date of 2/19,” their message reads. “We would like to gift our players with 1 Jewel in apology.”
