Nintendo 3DS XL launch surpasses 193,000 unit sales in Japan

Enterbrain have shared initial Japanese sales figures for the Nintendo 3DS XL, which launched across the country last week.

The 3DS LL, as it is known in Japan, achieved sales of 193,441 units over the weekend following its July 28th release date.

To compare, the Nintendo DSi achieved 170,000 units during its first two days on sale in Japan, whereas the DSi XL (or DSi LL) sold 100,000 units in its same period.
