Nintendo has released another minor Nintendo 3DS system update worldwide, with the firmware that the dedicated handheld runs now on version 11.7.0-40.
This, once again, doesn’t deliver any particular surprises for you to look forward to, with Nintendo stating that they have made “further improvements to overall system stability and other minor adjustments have been made to enhance the user experience.”
If we were to speculate, it more than likely represents Nintendo continued efforts to counter those that continue to attempt to circumvent the hardware’s security measures.
