Another minor Nintendo 3DS system update has become available worldwide, seeing the handheld’s firmware upgraded to version 10.7.0-32.
Those expecting any surprises will be disappointed, with Nintendo’s increasingly notorious update notes once again making mention of having made “further improvements to overall system stability” and “minor adjustments” to enhance the user experience.
While it is likely that Nintendo continue to address uncovered security exploits, it is speculated that the numerous updates that the handheld has received over the past few months have steadily prepared it for Nintendo Account integration.
As always, this update is mandatory in order to access online services across New Nintendo 3DS, New Nintendo 3DS XL, Nintendo 3DS, Nintendo 3DS XL and Nintendo 2DS systems. Whether that be brawling with friends in Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS or accessing the Nintendo eShop, make sure that you update beforehand!
