Japanese peripheral manufacturer Hori is to release an officially licensed steering wheel, to be used with the Nintendo 3DS and, more specifically, Mario Kart 7.
Currently announced for release in Japan, and more than likely to hit retail in Europe and North America, the wheel is designed to be used with the new first-person view mode in the game. The Nintendo 3DS neatly slots into the centre of it, and is similar in concept to the wheel provided with Mario Kart Wii.
It’ll be priced at 1280 yen, which is approximately £10.50/$16.80 and you can see the first image of it below:
