Nintendo 3DS sales across Japan have soared following the price cut, with Enterbrain stating that it was able achieve a total of 214,821 units last week.
The price cut came into effect on August 11th reducing the handheld to a 10,000 yen price point, with the figures covering between August 8th-14th.
This latest sales figure is the second highest weekly total that the system has achieved since it launched in late February. So, positive news indeed!
